Are there sign up fees?

No.

Are membership's based on a year contract?

Our memberships are month to month. I feel that if we are doing our job together and you are getting results, you will continue with NEXT LEVEL.

I haven't worked out in a while. What methods do you use?

Firstly, after a thorough fitness evaluation is performed, I review the results upon which I then create a fitness program unique to you. I strength train using a variety of tools: your body weight, rubber bands, dumbbells and a few weight machines.

I have a bad back and high blood pressure. Can I still exercise with you?

Dr. Pigott is a licensed chiropractor with more than 15 years of Personal Training and Chiropractic experience.

All members are given a thorough fitness exam to assess individual needs.

Measurements
Strength ( Squats, Sit ups)
Flexibility
Aerobic Conditioning
Orthopedic and Chiropractic Assessment

Every 30 to 45 days, clients are re-evaluated to ensure that progress is being made.
