I first opened a 400 sqft. studio in 1997 on Lakeshore Avenue (at Mandana Blvd) and in 2003 moved into a 1500 sqft. facility on Grand Avenue.

My philosophy

I believe in training the whole body as a unit. This encompasses aerobic conditioning, strength training, flexibility and anaerobic power. Meet Dr. Abu Pigott

Dr. Pigott is a 1992 graduate of Palmer Chiropractic College West in San Jose, CA. Dr. Pigott is also a strength trainer with over fifteen years experience in designing exercise and weight management programs.

A licensed chiropractor since 1993, Dr. Pigott has developed a unique approach to health. By fusing modern exercise physiology and chiropractic health principles, Dr.Pigott has been able to create exercise programs to suit individual client needs. These programs are designed to maximize each person's potential, whether that person is a novice or experienced.


Chiropractic is incorporated into fitness programs in order to maximize strength, minimize pain and reduce stress. In combining strength training and chiropractic, Dr. Pigott has helped hundreds of people live pain free, healthy lives.
